Submit Information

We want to have the best resource out there for AC/DC records. But we can't do it alone. We need your help.

We need good information and good images. We also want to log every piece of vinyl out there; albums, singles, box sets and bootlegs. Anyone can submit data, but we reserve the right to skip details or images that don't improve the site.

Rules:

To maintain the data we're putting out there for the records, we need to have some rules in place. If you don't follow the rules, we can't use the data. Simple as that.

• Use validated data
• If you don't know it is a fact, don't submit it
• Stories & personal feelings about a record are great. Add them to the Notes section and we'll find a spot for them
• Users that submit data and images are awarded points. There are no monetary value and you don't get prizes. But it helps recognize those that support the site
• Please scan records whenever possible. 7" records scan very well, but 12" do not. Please submit clear pictures
• Please use your own pictures of your own record. Google is a great reference, but not what we want on this site. Don't use other's images, use your own
• We're looking for clear pictures of the front & back cover, both sides of the vinyl and both labels. If there are other parts of the record (gatefold, insert, etc), please take pics of those as well
• Most records show reflections. Please consider this when taking pictures and put a shirt on. No one wants to see that
• For the first few submissions, you will need to include a validation image to prove you own the record. Please put a post it note with your username and date on a separate image and upload it along with the rest. I can take this restriction off after you prove you have a few records you are submitting.
